Delivery and Return

For delivery outside Cairo please reach us out through our contact number or email.

For orders in Greater Cairo, no fee delivery will apply.

However, if you want to return an item 200 EGP will be charged in additional shipment fees.

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us at Joula. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but make sure you meet the following terms and conditions:
Returns & Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• The returned product should be in our original Joula branded box with the receipt intact.
• The product should be in its new original state.
  The exchange procedure can be done only once.
  Items on SALE can’t be returned, it can be exchanged based on the stock availability.
• Joula has the right to decline an exchange/return request if the product is used, damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.
